What Youll Do
As a Talent Acquisition Partner youll wear a few hats recruiter sourcing specialist and trusted partner to hiring managers. Expect your days to include:
Owning the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing and screening to making recommendations and celebrating great hires.
Partnering with hiring managers as a consultant and coach to ensure were making the best decisions and providing the best candidate experience.
Building talent pipelines by networking sourcing creatively and leveraging tools like LinkedIn job boards social media and community events.
Crafting an exceptional candidate experience guiding applicants through the process with respect transparency and professionalism.
Driving strategy by developing new and innovative ways to attract top talent across a wide variety of roles.
Being a brand ambassador sharing the Logan Health story in ways that inspire candidates to join our mission.
What Makes You a Great Fit

Education/Experience:
Bachelors degree in HR Business or related field OR at least 2 years of relevant work experience (administrative support sales marketing customer service).
Previous recruiting and/or project management experience preferred.
HR certification is a plus.
Skills & Attributes:
Excellent communicator both written and verbal.
Organized detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple priorities with ease.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with professionalism and diplomacy.
Tech savvy comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite applicant tracking systems and eager to learn new tools.
Not afraid to jump into new projects take on or lead initiatives that make processes better and improve outcomes.
A collaborative teammate who thrives in a supportive high-energy environment.

Shift:
Day Shift - 8 Hours (United States of America)Schedule: Monday - Friday (typically 8am-5pm) on-site in Kalispell some Whitefish HR Office coverage.
Logan Health operates 24 hours per day seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
