Job Summary

- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

- Oversee campaign planning execution and optimization across platforms (Google Ads Meta LinkedIn TikTok etc.).

- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to ensure campaign effectiveness and ROI.

- Collaborate with creative analytics and product teams to align messaging and targeting.

- Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization initiatives.

- Manage budgets forecasts and reporting for all performance marketing activities.

- Stay updated on industry trends tools and best practices to drive innovation.

- Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior leadership.

Requirements

- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business or a related field.

- 5 years of experience in performance marketing.

- Has strong leadership skills

- Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns.

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics Meta Ads Manager Google Ads and Excel.

- Experience with attribution modeling bid strategies and audience segmentation.

- Excellent leadership communication and project management skills.
