Sunday 1pm to 10pm
Kitchen Prep/Hot Food
Kitchen preparation is an integral part of our service. During your working day your job will be to provide healthy delicious lunches to school children nationwide. Kitchen Prep/Hot Food general operatives must be able to read and follow lunch orders making each lunch with great care.
Activities
- Set up workstations with necessary ingredients and equipment.
- Prepare meals according to the specifications of each individual order.
- Responsible for the complete sanitation and the proper use of chemicals and their safety.
- Follow work and cleaning schedule.
- Maintain clean and sanitised work areas sinks and staff facilities.
- Maintain high quality standards to that of company policy.
- Maintain temperature records.
- Maintain cleaning records.
- Maintain personal hygiene.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor and/or manager.
