Are you an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in the domestic sector Do you have a talent for building customer relationships reviewing work delegating tasks completing final sign-offs and reporting back to the office

Were looking for a motivated and skilled professional to oversee our internal wall insulation installations across Wales and South West England. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team and make a real impact in the energy efficiency sector.

This role involves a mix of site-based and office-based work with office duties carried out at our Llansamlet office (SA7 9HZ).

What Youll Be Doing:

• Overseeing insulation installations to ensure quality and compliance

• Acting as the link between installation teams and office staff

• Providing top-tier customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction

• Collecting and managing site data for internal reporting

• Monitoring project progress to meet targets and deadlines

• Completing daily reports: Health & Safety checks progress tracking and work sign-off

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Proven leadership and team management experience

• Proficiency in MS Outlook Excel and Google Docs

• A proactive motivated and results-driven mindset

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• A commitment to exceptional customer service
