What You ll Do
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle: from prospecting and pitching to onboarding and growing sellers
- Source and sign high-potential livestream sellers across DACH
- Lead compelling virtual demos and sales calls
- Analyze performance data to unlock seller growth opportunities
- Collaborate closely with product operations and marketing to improve seller success
What You Bring
- 3 years in sales or client-facing roles
- Fluent German and English speaker with strong knowledge of the DACH market
- Confident persuasive communicator and natural relationship builder
- Proactive resourceful and comfortable working independently
- Data-driven and CRM-proficient (Salesforce experience is a plus)
- Passionate about innovation in commerce and community-driven platforms
