Applications are invited for the above-mentioned position in the Cellar Department based at Adam Tas in Stellenbosch. The successful applicant will report to the Cellar Team Leader.
Key Performance Areas would include but are not limited to:
- Receiving and dispatch of product
- Drawing of samples
- Wine adjustments
- Blending activities
- Operation of machinery in cellar environment ie Sheet filter Crossflow Centrifuge Lenticular filter Verlcorin units.
- Stocktaking
- Housekeeping
- Other ad-hoc duties
- TPN participation
The successful candidate must have the following experience/skills:
- Minimum Grade 12
- Minimum of 1- 3 years experience within a cellar environment
- Be able to work on heights and confined spaces
- Be able to work under pressure
- Be able to work shifts
- Must be a team player
- Must have reliable transport to and from work
- Be able to overtime and weekends
