Success in this role will be measured by your ability to achieve the following outcomes:
- Lead the Financial Workstream for a Major Transport Project: Within the first 12 months take full ownership of the financial and quantitative analysis for a flagship transport infrastructure project delivering a comprehensive business case and feasibility study that secures critical stakeholder buy-in and moves the project to the next investment stage.
- Develop an Innovative Financing Strategy: For a key public-private partnership (PPP) transport project develop and present a robust innovative financing strategy that successfully attracts interest and commitment from development finance institutions and/or private investors.
- Manage Project Delivery and Team Development: Successfully manage a project team of consultants and analysts across at least two concurrent engagements. Ensure all project deliverables meet the firms rigorous quality standards and are completed on time and within budget while actively mentoring at least one junior consultant to support their career progression.
- Drive Business Growth through Client Relationships: Cultivate and expand a key client relationship within the transport sector leveraging your expertise and project success to identify new opportunities. This will culminate in leading the development of a successful proposal for a significant follow-on project or a new engagement.
- Navigate Complex Stakeholder Environments: On a flagship project masterfully manage a complex web of stakeholders including government departments state-owned enterprises financial institutions and private sector partners ensuring alignment and maintaining project momentum.
