Job Summary

Construction Manager required for the successful deployment of tracking system products by overseeing installation activities, ensuring high-quality standards, and delivering onsite technical support. Previous tracker system experience/knowledge preferred. ASAP Start. 9 Month Contract.

Oversee on-site installation and maintenance of solar tracking systems.
Ensure team and personal safety, inspections, and safety trainings.
Collaborate with project management, engineering, and quality teams to ensure smooth operations.
Review construction documents, manuals, and technical bulletins for accuracy.
Lead and train construction teams on system installation.
Coordinate site scheduling, logistics, and on-site customer communications.
Track and report project progress through daily updates and weekly summaries.

Qualifications & Experience:

5+ years in construction management, with proven leadership and team management skills.
Strong technical knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and solar tracking systems.
Skilled in operating heavy machinery and construction tools.
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to safe working practices.
