Location: Albany NY (Day 1 onsite)
Requested Qualifications
84 months of experience in Information Technology supporting software systems or applications.
84 months of experience analyzing intricate business processes and creating and reviewing test plans.
84 months of experience documenting communicating and validating requirements throughout the system process or product/service development lifecycle for all changes to processes that would enable the organization to achieve its goals.
84 months of experience providing written communications to business owners IT program team members and management.
84 months of experience working with Health Insurance or the Affordable Care Act or Medicaid which includes Eligibility and Enrollment (not Health Care).
84 months of experience with ETL tools batch jobs Rational Quality Manager Report Development using IBM Cognos or HIPAA compliant X12 format for EDI transactions
60 months of experience in reviewing and evaluating technical specifications for compliance with business objectives and requirements.
48 months of professional experience developing well-constructed test scenarios and test cases against documented design use cases; performing testing reviewing results and documenting defects using a defect management tool.
