Job Summary
Practice setting: Hospital
Schedule: Looking for 2-3 (12hr shifts) a week

car fuel mileage hotel is a $150 cap (including taxes)rental must be refueled before being returned

McLaren is tax exempt and will not reimburse taxes on lodging
Expenses covered by client will not exceed the limitations listed in the Travel & Expense policy between McLaren Health Care & AHSA.
RATE CAP $265/hour
Site uses reverse billing - provider must clock in/out using DocTime - no timesheets will be approved
Requirement description : ALL MUST BE NOTATED AT TIME OF NAME CLEAR TO AVOID BEING REDIRECTED
- MI License: REQUIRED no exceptions (not accepting IMLC)
- NBCRNA certification (new grads welcome) - Required
- BLS and ACLS - Required
- Providers must have Clean Background/No Malpractice for quick credentialing - Required
- Local (drive-in) providers - Required no exceptions
