Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Identify evaluate and onboard IT service providers for software resource
augmentation/ work package outsourcing . Responsible to manage P2P cycle
Develop sourcing strategies to optimize cost quality and delivery timelines.
Negotiate pricing contract terms and service-level expectations with vendors. Establish
and monitor vendor performance metrics to ensure compliance with SLAs.
Manage escalations and resolve disputes with service providers.
Collaborate with internal teams (HR finance legal and IT) to align sourcing strategies
with business needs.
Ensure proper governance and compliance in all vendor engagements.
Continuously analyze market trends and suggest improvements in the sourcing strategy.
