Job Summary

The General Manager Seed Division will be responsible for managing the end-to-end operations of the seed business including product development sales marketing team leadership and revenue growth. The role requires coordination with R&D for product development overseeing field demonstrations and executing market strategies in the companys focus regions across India.

Location - Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Seed Business Unit including sales marketing and product innovation for crops such as maize mustard millets paddy and fodder.
  • Manage product development activities and coordinate multi-location field demonstrations in collaboration with the R&D team.
  • Define and execute go-to-market strategies across the companys targeted regions.
  • Achieve revenue and profitability (PAT) goals for the seed division.
  • Build lead and mentor a national team of Regional Managers Area Managers and Field Development Officers.
