Job Summary

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
o Designs codes tests (incl. test cases and scripts for module/component tests) corrects documents complex
programs and scripts from agreed specifications and subsequent iterations
o Installs configures customizes and integrates standard software
o Implements and executes module/component tests and provides technical documentation
o Executes the technical application support
o Supports the deployment and training of the application into production environment
o Monitors service delivery performance metrics and identifies required service agreement adjustments

Previous Experience & Qualifications

Minimum Educational
Qualification:

o Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science /Engineering/Information
Technology
o Candidate with non-computer science degree must have minimum 1 year of
relevant experience
o MBA in IT / Insurance/Finance can also apply for Requirements Engineer and
Test Engineer role.

Certification if any:

Years Experience & Knowledge:

o A degree in Computer Science or equivalent or a related discipline; or equivalent
work experience
o 3 years of Development background in design analysis and coding bug fixing.
o IT technical background & client server programming experience
o Experience process know-how insurance
