Job Summary
Understand and manage ML engineering initiatives within the technical environment (Snowflake Cortex MLflow Azure OpenAI).
Ticket Creation & Management: Create and manage tickets with complete context for ML Ops and production deployments ensuring accurate descriptions and proper assignment to respective teams.
Stakeholder Coordination: Conduct stakeholder meetings prepare and circulate Minutes of Meeting (MoM) and drive timely follow-ups for issue resolution.
Technology Understanding: Maintain good knowledge of technologies relevant to ManpowerGroup including ML platforms ML engineering and Generative AI.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with multiple internal teams to ensure alignment accountability and timely closure of tickets.
Global Engagement: Partner with regional teams (North America Europe etc.) to identify escalate and resolve issues effectively.
Communication & Tracking: Provide clear consistent updates on project progress including plans status risks and dependencies.
Project Planning & Monitoring: Ensure effective tracking planning and execution of initiatives in collaboration with the Tiger MLE team.
Reporting: Deliver crisp updates on plans current status roadblocks dependencies and ETAs to stakeholders and leadership.
