Role Overview
Consultants focus on business requirements financial processes and vendor support. They work closely with internal teams to ensure accuracy in accounts reporting and operational escalations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage accounts receivable/payable for GREF projects.
Drive budget allocations submissions and reporting using tools like OneStream.
Provide escalation support for vendor and operations teams (e.g. India BB team).
Maintain and optimize property management accrual templates and Tango analytics.
Qualifications
3 5 years of experience in finance operations or real estate management.
Strong understanding of budgeting tools and financial workflows.
