Job Summary

Job Title: Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant

Location: Plano TX (Onsite)

Job Type: Contract

Responsibilities:

This critical role will be responsible for leading the implementation integration and enhancements for our HCM system particularly for L&D and Total Rewards and overseeing the end-to-end processes on a global scale across brands.

Serve as the primary point of contact for all Talent total rewards and L&D-related matters
Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM experience

Product management - roadmap execution user stories

Jira - workflow/process/prioritization

Experience with Position management - Core HR
Creating OGLs
Oracle Autocomplete
ServiceNow case management
