Job Description
Job Title: Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant
Location: Plano TX (Onsite)
Job Type: Contract
Responsibilities:
This critical role will be responsible for leading the implementation integration and enhancements for our HCM system particularly for L&D and Total Rewards and overseeing the end-to-end processes on a global scale across brands.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all Talent total rewards and L&D-related matters
- Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM experience
Product management - roadmap execution user stories
Jira - workflow/process/prioritization
- Experience with Position management - Core HR
- Creating OGLs
- Oracle Autocomplete
- ServiceNow case management
Skills:
- Primary Skill Learning and Development (L&D) Oracle Talent Management (Talent Management Learning Cloud)
- Secondary Skill Total Rewards Workforce Compensation
- Tertiary Skill Core HR Position Management
