You will be responsible for:

• Customer Account & Relationship Management:Building and nurturing long-term relationships with key clients ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction across all touch-points.
• Cold Chain Execution Coordination:Overseeing the full life-cycle of cold chain logisticsfrom sourcing to final deliveryensuring temperature integrity timely execution and operational excellence.
• Finance Collections & Dispute Resolution:Managing receivables drive timely collections and resolve financial disputes with a customer-centric and solution-oriented approach.

Must Haves & list Qualifications in terms of education or degree:

• Stakeholder management across internal teams and external partners
• Demonstrates ownership initiative and a proactive mindset
• Written and oral communication skills
• Analytical mindset with advanced excel skill.
• Any graduate.
