Job Description

The Bilingual Talent Advisor will take the lead in recruiting and staffing Inspectors for a client in the Austin area. This role is primarily remote but does require regular travel to onsite client locations in Austin San Marcos and Del Valle. Since project requests often come at the last minute it is important to maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates ready to work across 1st 2nd and 3rd shifts. The right candidate will have a flexible schedule and be available to work up to 30 hours per week to meet client demands.

Primary Responsibilities
Recruit screen and maintain a pipeline of qualified Inspectors to meet client needs.
Build and manage relationships with the client responding quickly to last-minute and project-based staffing requests.
Conduct marketing and business development activities to maximize growth including sales calls networking and relationship building.
Travel onsite to client facilities in Austin San Marcos and Del Valle to support staffing needs ensure quality and strengthen relationships.
Implement and monitor quality standards for all services delivered.
Oversee activities to recruit train and retain temporary employees.
Support the management team with forecasting billing and collection processes.
Perform other related duties as needed to ensure success.

Requirements
Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Previous experience in recruiting sales staffing or human resources.
Strong sales/marketing skills and proven success in business development.
Experience recruiting in fast-paced project-based environments.
Strong PC skills and the ability to navigate internal systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication organizational and customer service skills.
Ability to travel regularly to client sites within the Austin area.
Flexible availability to work up to 30 hours per week across varied shifts as client needs arise.
