About the Position:
Epic Specialty Staffing is looking for a Business Development Specialist who will be responsible for prospecting qualifying and generating new client leads to support the Business Development Team of the Strategic Business Unit (SBU).

Epic Specialty Staffing offers staffing solutions for direct hire interim management locum tenens assignments and remote treatment planning. We are a comprehensive Cardiovascular clinical staffing partner to hospitals around the country.
What Youll Do:
Elevate relationships in client organizations utilizing the SBUs management and increase penetration and sales within existing accounts.
Conduct market research and data gathering to identify and secure new business and develop new contacts.
Maintain knowledge and proficiency in representing all services to accounts and prospects including but not limited to Anti-Fee business model Talent Mapping RPO Small Business Platform new placement knowledge areas of expertise and any new developments within the SBU.
Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media to identify appropriate potential clients.
Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential clients.
Work with the Business Development team to track and report on a variety of metrics related to client and candidate engagement.
Collaborate with the Marketing department in the creation and management of the social media websites branding and marketing campaigns for the SBU.
Liaise with the Marketing department to prepare for SBU-related events including tradeshows and conferences.
Prepare and update documents systems databases and platforms with account strategy and client information.
Provide assistance across teams completing tasks and projects as needed.
What Youll Bring:
Two years of sales and management experience preferably in healthcare staffing and/or consulting services OR previous experience achieving outlined goals for an SBU.
Possess an overall knowledge of business functions and understanding of services business strategy policies and procedures and jobs impact to the organization.
Analyze work set goals develop plans of action utilize time.
Attend to the needs and expectations of customers.
Present self as a positive representative of the organization.
Establish rapport and maintain mutually productive relationships.
Engage effectively in dialogue.
Salary: $70000 - $85000 Annually
