Our client in luxury retail is looking for a Retail Operations & Customer Experience Specialist to join their team near Manhasset this role youll be the primary point of contact for clients and vendors managing day-to-day administrative operations and client interactions both in person and via phone and email. The ideal candidate has back-office support experience in a retail store environment and enjoys customer interaction. Retail Operations & Customer Experience Specialist (3 yrs exp. req.) Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide a warm and inviting welcome upon entering the store
Handle incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members
Monitor and manage stores email respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests
Handle customer complaints or concerns resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
Call clients when items are ready for pickup or payment is due
Enter purchases and parts orders into the system
Coordinate shipping pickups and order fulfillment
Communicate with vendors and manage order logistics
Support back-office tasks to keep daily operations running smoothly
