The Sr. Principal Technical Advisor will provide technical leadership and ensure technical quality across Jhpiegos portfolio of Nutrition projects. They will design and define new approaches and establish metrics to achieve program goals and public health impact.
The Sr. Principal Technical Advisor for Nutrition will provide leadership expertise and high level technical and program support for implementation of Nutrition projects and workplans. This will include support for policy adoption updating guidelines building health worker capacity continuous quality improvement facilitating data use for decision making and documentation of best practices and lessons learned in nutrition.
The Sr. Principal Technical Advisor for Nutrition will advance Jhpiegos nutrition leadership globally by representing Jhpiego in global and regional fora and leading the development of opportunities and relationships that grow critical aspects of Jhpiegos Nutrition portfolio to support organizational objectives.
This position may be based in the United States (Baltimore MD or Washington DC) or regionally in a country where Jhpiego has an office.

The salary range for this role is expected to be: $127874 - $162786

The referenced salary range is based on Johns Hopkins Universitys good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location work experience market conditions education/training and skill level. JHU Equivalency Formula: 30 undergraduate degree credits (semester hours) or 18 graduate degree credits may substitute for one year of experience. Additional related experience may substitute for required education on the same basis. For jobs where equivalency is permitted up to two years of non-related college course work may be applied towards the total minimum education/experience required for the respective job.
