Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead reimbursement processes and negotiate with payer stakeholders to ensure timely patient access
- Represent Novartis in external organizations including HTA agencies and governmental bodies
- Develop pricing and reimbursement strategies including risk-sharing proposals with stakeholders
- Coordinate pharmaco-economic initiatives and cost-sharing schemes in hospital settings
- Establish optimal HTA approaches through cross-functional collaboration
- Identify and prioritize market access stakeholders to align strategies with business goals
- Train marketing and sales teams on market access processes and frameworks
- Track access progress and optimize time-to-market using measurement systems
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in pharma health policy or market access-related roles
- Strong understanding of national healthcare and drug reimbursement regulations
- Proven ability to communicate scientific legal and economic topics clearly
- Experience preparing reimbursement dossiers and negotiating with payer stakeholders
- Expertise in clinical guidelines formularies and HTA processes
- University degree in a scientific economic or business-related field
- Fluent Polish and English

- Proven success in developing competitive pricing strategies and leveraging competitive intelligence effectively
- Strong public affairs expertise and ability to build strategic partnerships with payer stakeholders
