Within the Digital (D) function the Governance and Transformation department plays a key transversal role in enabling the Digital Transformation from FRAMING - expressing strategic intentions and defining simple flexible and scalable frames - to SUPPORTING Domains and Product & Service Lines (PSLs) while ensuring alignment between functions and divisions - to REPORTING through consolidated views highlighting hotspots and relevant needs for support & decision-making.

In India the Change & Communications team plays a key transversal role promoting synergies between multiple domains across Airbus worldwide & Airbus India with a flexible and adaptable approach which helps in sharing best practices collaboration and people this context the Change & Communications team enables businesses to focus on strategy/core competencies by providing access to insight into culture people change interventions consulting and organisation transformation to meet capacity demand with right skillset and competence.

A vacancy for a Change & Communications - Intern has arisen within Airbus in Bangalore for the Digital function.

You will be part of the Governance department and Function Management team in India whose responsibilities are the following:

As a Change & Communications - Intern you will work in collaboration with Digital domains and contribute to secure the Digital change request and communications pipeline for the support.

Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate Student

Roles & Responsibilities:

Understand the business need and collaborate with internal customers to construct Change & Communication Scope

Identify change audiences Communication/Messaging services audiences to co-conduct impact analysis with leaders/teams and assess change readiness.

Establish and nurture sponsor relationships at all levels of the organisation on change activities across Digital

Support the delivery of related communication plans via the messaging team.

Co-develop meaningful and consistent change management plans - anticipating tailoring and continuously adapting change activities to meet the different change audiences needs.

Manage anticipation/expectations with key stakeholders to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Support in content creation/development for the customers request in the frame of mass communication.

Encourage and promote behaviours that are aligned to the change celebrate learnings & small-wins and capitalise on lessons-learned. Success Metrics: Success will be measured in a variety of areas including but not limited to
