Your mission as Lead Sales Manager:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of seven Sales Representatives including hiring mentoring and coaching
  • Drive achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets while ensuring accurate territory forecasting and pipeline management
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as Product Management Marketing Finance and Executive Leadership to align on strategy and execution
  • Establish and nurture executive-level relationships with major accounts supporting high-impact deals and complex negotiations
  • Contribute to regional go-to-market strategies in coordination with EMEA leadership focusing on UKI Benelux and Nordics markets

We are looking forward to:

  • Masters degree in a business-related field with business fluency in English; additional languages like German or Swedish are a plus
  • Multiple years of experience in complex software sales to mid-sized and large enterprise customers; hardware sales experience is an advantage
  • Several years of success in leading multi-region software sales teams with a strong track record of achieving quotas and building high-performing teams
  • Expertise in structuring complex value-based deals subscription licensing and selling professional services for large-scale projects
  • Strong leadership analytical thinking and customer-facing skills; self-starter with a results-driven mindset and high personal integrity
