Senior SAP SF implementation Consultant

Location: Katowice - 2 days in office / 3 days remote

Right now we are looking for a SAP SF Consultant to join our EY GDS SAP Technology Consulting team focused on providing cutting edge IT solutions dedicated to the biggest market players in EMEA region.

The opportunity

Youll be working using the best practices of SAP solutions fromHRarea including S4HANA. The idea is to deliver business advisory services in the field of transformation and enterprise management systems; implement the processes in Cloud Hybrid and on Premise environments proceed successfully withgreenfield and brownfieldapproach and dealing with Agile and combined methodologies.

Your key responsibilities

As a member of our team youll have a chance to extend your experience. Youll support clients in choosing the most suitable business solution and take part in advisory projects - implementation of SAP systems in Human Capital area. Youll also participate in post-implementation review of chosen processes as well as in coordination of the main project tasks.

• Youll enthusiastically enhance your core SAP technology knowledge and experience.
• You should be able to effectively collaborate with international project teams and clients to ensure that solutions are tailored to specific needs

To qualify for the role you must have

• Experience with independently leading at least one full SAP SF module implementation project
• Working experience on projects implemented in the SAP S/4 HANA environment
• Understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management process in Global organizations
• Translate Business requirements into System Configuration Objects and create Solution Design for SuccessFactors Employee Management Solution in compliance with the Best Practices
• Practical experience and skills in:
  • configuring the system
  • implementing changes
  • performing system enhancements

• Hands-on experience and knowledge of the essential phases of the implementation project are crucial including
  • Project Preparation
  • Business Blueprint
  • Realization
  • Final Preparation
  • Go-Live and Support
  • Hypercare

• Good end-to-end knowledge of entire lifecycle business processes related to the SFmodule
• 3 years of business experience in SAP environment

Ideally youll also have

• Focus on providing excellent customer service to stakeholders and promoting a strong team spirit in projects
• Communicative English and German - verbal and written communication
