About the Role
We are on the hunt for two motivated and energetic Cable Jointers to join our team of legends in Christchurch. Working mostly on the local Orion Distribution Network along with various private networks carrying out live LV jointing and termination work. HV work including installation and maintenance of network substations and HV cable jointing.

This is a full-time permanent role with a minimum of 40 hours per week 7am 3:30pm


About you
EWRB Registration and a current Practicing Licence as a Cable Jointer
2 years experience with LV and 11KV Cable Jointing
Hands on experience in cable jointing work to industry standards
Class 1 Drivers Licence
Physically resilient and composed under pressure
Drive for zero harm and relentlessly pursues safety
Sound technical Knowledge of cables and local network systems procedures and standards
A strong commitment to health and safety
