MBA Intern Fidelity Consulting
As a member of the Fidelity Consulting (FC) team this role sits in a collaborative fast-paced and innovative environment at Fidelity Investments! You will be immersed in unique project environments develop and learn from leaders while solving some of our most critical business issues.

The Purpose of Your Role
The MBA intern drives projects that seek to tackle Fidelitys most pressing business challenges. This position will: own and deliver discreet analyses and research contribute to breakdown and synthesis of problems and offer your perspectives into a broader business addition to project work interns have the opportunity to partake in independent or small group projects to develop innovative new insights for Fidelity and our customers.

The MBA intern participates on a high-performing team in support of solving Fidelitys businesses and emerging initiatives. Responsibilities include:
Collaborating with different levels of management across businesses or functions to seek opportunities for innovation and growth
- Conducting primary and secondary research and developing insights into conclusions
- Communicating solutions to Fidelity management and business leaders
- Supporting work across the various business units and cross-Fidelity initiatives
