Join us at Fire Station Bar Gotham Newcastles distinctive bar and private members lounge. This stylish intimate space is where refined service meets relaxed exclusivityoffering a curated selection of cocktails wines and premium spirits to our hotel guests and club members.
We are seeking a charismatic and professional F&B team member to deliver high-end hospitality in this unique environmentsomeone with a passion for detail discretion and delivering exceptional experiences.
Your Role:
As part of our front-of-house team youll ensure every guest interaction reflects the sophistication and service standards of Gotham Newcastle. From preparing for sleek evening service to managing private events and lounge exclusivity youll be central to the ambiance and guest journey in the Fire Station Bar.
Key Responsibilities:
Warmly welcome guests and provide attentive personalised service
Take accurate food and beverage orders with confidence and flair
Serve high-end drinks and snacks with precision and polish
Offer expert knowledge on our drinks menu including wines and cocktails
Maintain the elegance and cleanliness of the lounge at all times
Support smooth coordination with bar and kitchen teams
What Were Looking For:
Experience in luxury bars hotels or private members clubs is a plus but not a deal breaker!
Polished appearance and excellent communication skills
A natural host with a passion for premium hospitality
Discreet calm under pressure and highly attentive to detail
Flexible availability including evenings & weekends
