Roofing Coordinator - Service
Location: Oshawa Office 1701 Darlington Park Rd Courtice ON L1E 2S6
Job Type: Permanent Full-Time Onsite
Anticipated Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 6:00 a.m. 4:00 p.m.
Salary: $55000 - $60000 (based on experience)
Pay Schedule: Paid bi-weekly every second Friday
Reports To: Service Manager

As we continue to grow were seeking a Roofing Coordinator to join our Oshawa Service operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment is comfortable with both technology and fieldwork and wants to play a key role in keeping projects running smoothly from start to finish.
What Youll Do
- Project Coordination
- Assist the Site Supervisor with day-to-day project coordination.
- Schedule crews equipment and materials to ensure projects stay on track.
- Update and maintain project timelines documentation and reports.
- Site & Quality Support
- Conduct site visits as needed to monitor progress safety and quality.
- Communicate with field staff and ensure specifications and drawings are understood.
- Identify and follow up on deficiencies to support project completion.
- Client & Team Communication
- Act as a key point of contact for clients providing timely updates and scheduling work.
- Coordinate with contractors consultants suppliers and manufacturers.
- Prepare and distribute leak reports and other client documentation.
- Technology & Administration
- Use MS Office Suite SiteDocs and Jonas (or similar project management software) to track progress update records and manage documentation.
- Work with the CAD Department to create and update drawings as needed.
- Support material and equipment orders in collaboration with the Purchasing Department.
What You Bring to the Team
- Minimum 2 years of roofing field experience (required).
- Education or training in construction roofing or a related field (preferred).
- Proven scheduling experience (projects crews or service coordination).
- Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with SiteDocs Jonas or similar construction/project software is an asset.
- Safety certifications (e.g. Working at Heights WHMIS) are considered an asset.
- Strong communication and client service skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Reliable punctual and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
