Job Summary
CK Group are recruiting for a Production Manager to join a chemical company at their site based in Alfreton, on a permanent basis.
This is a demanding role requiring a proven track record in leadership, planning, and production management within a manufacturing, chemical, or FMCG environment.
The salary for this role is 45-50K pa and the role is Monday- Friday on site.

- Take overall responsibility for the daily running of the production department.
- Act as the go-to troubleshooter, resolving day-to-day production issues quickly and effectively.
- Develop, monitor, and adjust daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to meet order deadlines and customer demand.
- Balance workload against raw material availability, staffing levels, and machinery capacity.
- Proven leadership experience in chemical, FMCG, or manufacturing production.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience at management level.
- Excellent communication and people management skills.
