Position Overview

We are seeking an experiencedCNC Programmer / Machinistto join our team. TheCNC Programmer / Machinistwill be responsible for programming setting up and operating HAAS lathes and mills including 5-axis milling machines. As aCNC Programmer / Machinist you will work with both conversational programming at the machine and offline CAM software to deliver high-quality precision components.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

ProgramCNC lathes and 5-axis millsusing conversational programming and CAM software
Generateefficient toolpaths selecting correct speeds feeds and tools
Set up CNC machines by loading tooling fixtures and raw materials
Operate CNC equipment to manufactureprecision partsper specifications
Select and optimizecutting toolsfor efficiency and quality
Perform in-process and finalpart inspectionsto verify accuracy
Collaborate with the quality team to address issues and implement improvements

Required Experience & Skills

2 years of CNC programmingexperience (required)
Proven ability to set up and operateCNC lathes and mills
Hands-on experience withHAAS machinesstrongly preferred
Strong knowledge ofmachining principles tooling and processes
Ability to read and interpretblueprints and engineering drawings
Strong problem-solving skills and keenattention to detail
