What youll do:
- Responsible for all Central Intake functions including establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers and referral sources responding to customer requests and concerns confirming appropriateness for admission into Loyolas Home Infusion services and coordination of neededservices. The individual conveys a professional and positive image of Loyola Medicine during interactions with patients familes physicians staff members and internal departments. The individual provides service reflective of the mission vision and values of Loyola Medicine.

What youll need for this job:
- Associates Degree in Nursing; Bachelors Degree preferred
- Previous job-related experience preferred
- RN licensure in the State of Illinois
- CPR
- Homecare or Hospice Nursing certification is preferred

Pay Range: $29.78 - $48.84 per hour
