Overview
Na Aliʻi is seeking a Logistics IT Architect to serve as a subject matter expert within our family of companies across several strategic areas including service delivery business development and business operations. This individual will support senior leaderships priorities with a special emphasis in the Logistics IT space for our DoD and other government customers. The ideal candidate will be an experienced innovative thinker who can synthesize complex DoD IT and Logistics challenges and present potential solutions that are highly effective. They will also have experience in leading implementations of heavily data driven logistics applications and platforms.
Responsibilities

- Lead the identification evaluation prototyping and adoption of emerging technologies in the Logistics space
- Contribute towards building the Logistics IT BD pipeline by identifying and qualifying opportunities through detailed analysis across multiple sources.
- Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to understand functional requirements and develop solutions that bridge the gap between technical solutions and operational needs.
- Lead development and implementation teams post award through transition to ongoing execution.
- Evaluate IT enterprise architecture and identify risks and opportunities.
- Build relationships with vendors and products that could serve as solutions to potential client challenges.
- Engage with Nakupuna IT teams to support strategic priorities implement effective internal solutions and mitigate enterprise risks.
- Develop capabilities briefings for client leadership that drives impactful solutions to hard problems through simplified language
- Stay abreast of evolving technology to include Artificial Intelligence / Machine Language Processing
- Conduct research on opportunities markets potential clients and potential partners to provide Leadership information to make strategic decisions in the Log IT Space
- Collaborate with Executives Senior Managers Project Managers BD Team Members and SMEs to assist in enterprise IT solutions and growth strategy
- Support proposal and RFI development by coordinating with Leadership SMEs and Proposal Manager.
- Build knowledge of our Logistics service offerings to better understand how to implement technology solutions
- Strive to continuously improve processes and product delivery.
Qualifications
Skills/Qualifications: The ideal candidate possesses deep experience in the IT architecture field preferably with a background in IT architecture and systems that support Logistics functions. The candidate must have experience communicating with senior DoD leaders. Additional experience includes:
- 15 years of DoD IT architecture experience preferred
- Excellent writing editing and oral communication skills.
- Ability to connect logistics challenges with IT solutions.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on development/configuration experience with logistics systems preferred.
- Implementation team leadership experience preferred.
Education and Experience: This position requires a bachelors degree from an accredited institution. A masters degree is preferred.
Location: Mechanicsburg PA or Arlington VA (or nearby location within driving distance)
Clearance Requirements: Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a government-issued CAC.
Physical Requirements: The ideal candidate must at a minimum be able to meet the following physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation:
- Ability to perform repetitive motions with the hands wrists and fingers.
- Ability to engage in and follow audible communications in emergency situations.
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computer.
