As a Maintenance Assistant at Crerar Hotels you will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities remain in excellent condition by carrying out a wide variety of repair and renovation tasks. With experience as a handyman and knowledge of health and safety regulations you will work independently to complete jobs in joinery plumbing electrical work painting tiling and general DIY. Your role will involve conducting regular checks assisting contractors and keeping outdoor areas clean and well-maintained. Strong organisational skills are essential as you will need to prioritise urgent tasks while maintaining detailed records of work and costs. As this is a customer-facing role a positive attitude and excellent communication skills are key to delivering outstanding service.
