Merchandise Planner (JP)
Job Description
As a Merchandise Planner you are crucial to the success of retail business. You will plan and execute the essential merchandising activities in our retail stores with the most sellable and fashionable products. You will ensure the stock level is optimum and we have the right stock and the right time so that our customers will always be satisfied and delighted. We are looking for individuals with a passion for fashion coupled with great business sense and an eye for numbers and inventory.
Prepares and analyzes sales stock and inventory reports
Develops and executes effective merchandising / buying plan and budget (OTB)
Plans and executes ordering and distribution to local retail outlets to achieve healthy stock control movement and inventory levels
Analyzes and sets minimum and maximum quantity to be distributed to retail outlets
Generates and analyzes relevant reports to support accurate stocks distribution and identifies slow moving and top sellable items
Performs replacement replenishment and consolidation of stocks in the retail outlets
Works with logistic department on store capacity management delivery planning etc
Conducts products and markets analysis on current trends and competitors action
Works with operations teams for Inventory Management stock taking audit and control etc.
Requirements
Degree in Business Mathematical Science Statistics Economics or its equivalent
Min 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in similar capacity
Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office suite
Experience in merchandise planning in retail industry
Excellent interpersonal planning and organizational skills to multi-task
Analytical with an eye for details
Strong interest in fashion styling
Fun vibrant & outgoing personality with great personal style
Keen sense of fashion and a passion for the fashion industry

週次/月次の報告パックを作成し主要な調査結果を広範なチームと関係者に提示する
季節ごとの購入商品の適時な納品を確保するために入荷プロセスを監視し特別なイベント/カプセルコレクション/新店舗オープニングの納品ニーズを管理する
端末在庫の位置が会社の目標と一致するようにマークダウンプロモーション価格戦略を管理する
年次の売上および割引予算の設定をサポートし四半期ごとの再予測を管理する
季節ごとのレンジプランを作成するためのローリング在庫予測を管理し各製品カテゴリーと店舗ごとのオプションおよび購入深度要件を定義する
月次の再発注提案を行うために売上と在庫レベルを監視する
要件
大学卒業または同等の経験レベル
日本市場での商品企画経験が少なくとも3年以上
流暢な英語
上級レベルのExcelおよびMicrosoft Officeスキル
優れた組織力と厳しい締め切りに対応できる能力
プロセスとデータに基づいたアプローチでデータベースのメンテナンスに積極的な姿勢
高度に発展した実績のある分析スキル

전국 각 매장에 유통될 최소 및 최대 수량을 분석하고 설정합니다.
재고를 효과적으로 분배하기 위해 관련 보고서를 생성 및 분석하고 판매 속도가 느린 항목과 가장 잘 팔리는 항목을 식별합니다.
전국 각 매장에서 재고 교체 보충 및 통합을 수행합니다.
매장 용량 관리 배송 계획 등에 관해 물류 부서와 협력합니다.
현재 동향과 경쟁업체의 활동에 대한 제품 및 시장 분석을 수행합니다.
재고 관리 재고 조사 감사 및 통제 등을 위해 운영팀과 협력합니다.
지원 자격
경영학 수리과학 통계학 경제학 또는 이와 동등한 학위 소지자
글로벌 리테일 패션 혹은 관련 뷰티 등의 분야에서 최소 12년의 경력
Microsoft Excel 및 Microsoft Office 제품군에 대한 지식이 풍부하신 분
외국계 패션 리테일 업계 상품기획 경력자 우대
멀티태스킹을 수행할 수 있는 뛰어난 대인 관계 계획을 잘 세우는 분
디테일에 대한 안목을 가지고 분석할 수 있는 분
패션 스타일링에 대한 강한 관심
훌륭한 개인 패션 스타일을 갖춘 재미있고 활기차고 외향적인 성격
