This is your chance to work with a high-performing group build lasting client partnerships and play a pivotal role in shaping growth in a dynamic and competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage strong client relationships earning trust through consistent high-quality service.
- Develop new business opportunities through networking prospecting and market insights.
- Partner with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Expand your professional network while representing MatchBox with credibility and expertise.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience ideally from sectors such as construction energy engineering industrial services accounting & finance or professional services or a fast-paced results oriented b2b sales environment. Experience in recruitment is nice to have but not required.
- Demonstrated drive accountability and professionalism balanced with creativity and transparency.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Post-secondary education in business human resources engineering commerce or a related field.
