About the role

Ventia in collaboration with the Australian Defence Force are seeking multiple enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendants to deliver high-quality service and maintaining strict food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities include (not limited to):

• Deliver an outstanding service to all guests every shift
• Clean equipment dishes and dining areas
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards (training provided!)
• Collaborate with kitchen and catering staff
• Follow safety protocols and report any hazards

About You

• 1 years experience in hospitality & catering
• Responsible Service of Alcohol certification. (RSA) (Advantageous)
• Prior experience delivering food and beverage services in hotels restaurants and high-volume dining establishments. (Advantageous)
• Sound knowledge of Food Safety Standards relevant legislation and statutory obligations.
• Current Australian drivers licence. (Advantageous)
• Must be eligible to hold a Defence Security Clearance. As a result of this requirement the applicant must be an Australian Citizen and be willing to undertake and maintain a satisfactory Australian Federal Police check
