Job Summary

Job Title: Maintenance Technician (2nd Shift)
Location: Bluffton IN
Pay Rate:Up to $36.50/hour
Shift: 2nd Shift
Contract Type: Contract-to-Hire
Hours: 40 hours/week (OT Expected)
Worksite Type: On-site

Job Description:

Join a fast-paced team-oriented maintenance department focused on keeping production equipment running at peak performance. Youll work hands-on with production facilities materials and engineering teams to ensure operational goals are met.

This is a contract-to-hire position with conversion based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair:
- CNC Machines
- Robotics
- Pneumatic & Hydraulic Equipment
- Electrical Equipment (including 3-phase 480V and low-voltage AC/DC systems)
Troubleshoot ladder logic/controls
Use test equipment (AC/DC voltmeters OHM meters)
Rebuild and reassemble machines as needed
Complete preventative and predictive maintenance
Accurately document repairs and close out work orders

Requirements:

Associates degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience on:
- CNC Machines
- Hydraulic and Pneumatic Production Equipment
- Industrial Robotics
- High/Low Voltage Electrical Systems
Solid understanding of ladder logic/controls
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Safety-first mindset and strong attention to detail

Physical Requirements:

Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Work in around and beneath equipment
Comfortable working with chemicals using proper PPE
Frequent pushing pulling standing gripping bending and reaching
