As part of the voluntary internship the intern supports the Sales Excellence Team in professionalizing CSM sales activities (Parts Service Services) for the active sales field force. Key responsibilities include:
- Contributing to digital sales solutions especially theSalesMAN CSMtool with a focus on user-centered design and functionality.
- Supporting the design and delivery of sales trainings including the use of AI-powered learning methods.
- Creating and structuring contentfor the Sales Community platform tailored to the needs of sales employees.
- Analyzing sales behavior and customer decision-makingto derive data-informed enablement strategies.
- Applying UX design skillsto the development of sales tools and training materials.
- Providing input on AI applications based on prior experience from previous roles.
