Job Title: Factory Logistics Manager

Job Purpose: -
- The purpose of this job is to manage the Inbound/Outbound Logistics thereby ensure smooth flow of materials to production Inventory Management of raws/packs/FG Central warehouse operations and primary transportation and collaborate with Co-packer for execution of repacking activity.
- The Factory Logistics Manager is primarily responsible to supervise the efficient receipt storage and dispatch of a range of goods. Responsible for a vital part of the supply chain process and manages people processes and systems to ensure goods are received and dispatched appropriately as per the company policies.
- Ensure external manufacturing packmates & bulk materials availabilities and production on time in full.
Key Responsibilities: -
- Logistics SPOC for Factory DOM (Daily Weekly & Monthly Operations Management Review)
- Safety Q&FS owner in factory RM/PM & FG Warehouse
- Ensure 100% availability of Raw & pack Material with strong collaboration with stakeholders.
- Coordinate with Material Planner and ensure LEAN Inventory as per the targets.
- Inbound Quality sampling storage accounting & Issue of all Raw & Packing Material for the Factory
- FG transfer from production to warehouse accounting.
- Managing Transportation with a cost-saving approach and ensuring vehicle placement on time.
- Outbound operation from the CW/factory/Ameya to CFAs as per the deployment plan.
- Reviewing RM/PM status on weekly basis for high / low inventory.
- Close coordination with the commercial and quality team in order to get timely deliveries and quality clearance.
- Documents preparation both for domestic and export shipments.
Job Specifications/Qualifications: -
- Any Graduate/MBA candidates with strong experience in SCM/Logistics
- 8 years of experience in Supply Chain in logistics customer service and warehousing role.
- Advance user knowledge in SAP /ATLAS (under ERP environment)
