Job Summary

Status:Part Time HourlyFLSA classification:Non-Exempt

Summary of the Position: Hourly Part-Time positions working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or challenging behaviors are available in the Berks CRP program.

Serve as a positive role model for youth by demonstrating dependability commitment and professionalism in interactions.
Initiate organize plan and implement direct advocacy services for assigned participants and their families.
Develop and execute service plans based on strengths-based approach using the wraparound model.
Foster meaningful relationships with participants to support their development and success across various environments.
This position offers flexible hours competitive weekly pay and activity reimbursement.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Minimum High School Diploma or GED is required.
Associates or Bachelors degree is preferred.
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be extremely organized
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be professional flexible and have the ability to work independently
Must be available evenings and weekends
Experience in community work and knowledge of community resources.
Basic computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus.
Position requires reliable transportation valid drivers license and current automobile insurance coverage.
Bilingual/Spanish speaking is a plus.
