Summary of the Position: Hourly Part-Time positions working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or challenging behaviors are available in the Berks CRP program.
- Serve as a positive role model for youth by demonstrating dependability commitment and professionalism in interactions.
- Initiate organize plan and implement direct advocacy services for assigned participants and their families.
- Develop and execute service plans based on strengths-based approach using the wraparound model.
- Foster meaningful relationships with participants to support their development and success across various environments.
- This position offers flexible hours competitive weekly pay and activity reimbursement.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Associates or Bachelors degree is preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be extremely organized
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be professional flexible and have the ability to work independently
- Must be available evenings and weekends
- Experience in community work and knowledge of community resources.
- Basic computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus.
- Position requires reliable transportation valid drivers license and current automobile insurance coverage.
- Bilingual/Spanish speaking is a plus.
