Are you a personable and organized individual with a passion for golf and ensuring an exceptional experience for players on the course Foxhills Collection is currently seeking a dedicated Starter Marshal to join our team and contribute to the smooth operation of our golf facilities at our prestigious establishment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome golfers as they arrive at the course providing assistance with check-in procedures and tee time assignments
• Manage the flow of golfers on the course ensuring timely and efficient starts and adherence to tee time schedules
• Monitor pace of play and provide gentle reminders to players to keep pace with the group ahead
• Communicate course policies rules and etiquette to golfers ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for all players
• Assist with managing golf carts driving range usage and other course amenities
• Address any player concerns or issues in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service role preferably in a golf or hospitality environment
• Passion for golf and a basic understanding of golf etiquette and rules preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and effectively manage multiple tasks
• Flexibility to work shifts including early mornings evenings weekends and holidays
• Basic computer skills for processing reservations and transactions
