Your newrole
Our Clinical Care team provides high quality effective support for the clients in our Residential Service.
We have a permanent part timeopportunity open for the role of Registered Nursewhowill supervise care staff and liaise with all Allied Health providers to provide holistic care.
There are a range of shifts available AM/NIGHTS - Monday to Friday (please note Weekend shifts are not currently available)
Sacred Heart community is a 97 Bed facility located in the heart of St Kilda.

Your day-to-day
- Coordinating and providing high-quality and caring nursing services to Sacred Heart Community residents.
- Supervising Personal Care Assistants care staff and volunteers when required.
- Coordinating Allied Health staff and maintaining relationships with Ps mental health services and other external health care providers.
- Undertaking clinical assessment and care planning and case coordination to meet the diverse needs of the residents.
- Undertaking assessment and documentation to support funding.
Were looking for someone
- With a Registered Nurse qualification.
- With a current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA).
- A current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Experienced in Aged Care with residents who have experienced trauma and/or homelessness.
- Compassionate and responsive to residents needs.
- Able to work within the Aged Care Quality Standards and other relevant nursing legislation.
