Prudential Annuities a division within Prudentials Individual Retirement Strategies Group is currently seeking a sales professional to join its growing team as an Inbound Sales this role you will work on a vibrant team of 20-25 customer-focused this fast-paced constantly changing role you will help financial professionals solve their day-to-day problems and get the most out of their business relationships with Prudential.

current Employee Work Arrangement for this opening is Hybrid. The employee will work 3 days a week at a Prudential location in Newark NJ Dresher PA or Shelton CT. Employee will be required to attend or go into the office for any mandatory onsite/offsite meetings/trainings. Employee Work Arrangement is the businesses decision and can be adjusted or changed for business reasons at any time.

What you can expect:

  • Field daily phone calls respond to emails and routinely solve financial advisor needs as they arise.
  • Deliver detailed responses to inquiries about Prudential product features performance data hypothetical illustrations and requests for literature.
  • Provide back-up coverage to Internal Wholesalers and their territories as needed.
  • Reactively engage existing or prospective financial professionals in creative opportunities daily using consultative selling techniques and by continuously educating about Prudential solutions.
  • Receive immediate training as well as ongoing coaching and mentoring from experienced members of the sales team in order to equip yourself with the meaningful sales and leadership skills necessary for success in this role.
  • Focus on personal talent advancement to prepare for opportunities to become an Internal Wholesaler.

What youll need:

  • SIE FINRA Series 6 (or 7) and 63 REQUIRED
  • If not currently licensed see Annuities Sales Associate position
  • Ability to pass State Insurance license within 60 days
  • Prior Sales experience preferably with Annuities
  • Knowledge of Annuities concepts or the retirement industry

Itd be a plus if you had:

  • Self-motivated and team-focused
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexibility resourcefulness tactfulness and a desire to continuously improve
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience

What we offer you:

Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $59300.00 to $88300.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location candidate experience and skills.
