About the Role
As aSenior Clinical Advisor youll play a vital role in leading and supervising a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient-centered care on our Neuroscience Unit which provides care to patients with neurological conditions such as acute stroke transient ischemic attacks seizure disorders & epilepsy. . Youll support daily operations foster a culture of safety and compassion and contribute to continuous improvement across your department.
What Youll Do
Supervise charge nurses and frontline staff
Coordinate staffing scheduling and throughput
Support performance management and regulatory compliance
Promote evidence-based practices and clinical excellence
Foster a healing inclusive and respectful environment
Lead through change and innovation
Build trusting relationships and model compassionate communication
What Youll Need
Required:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Current RN license in Connecticut
BSN from an accredited school of nursing
Preferred:
MSN degree
Leadership experience or relevant certifications
Work Schedule
