Job Description
EVP & Chief Operations Officer
Summary:
The main purpose of the EVP & Chief Operations Officer is responsible for oversee the banks day-to-day operations ensuring operational efficiency regulatory compliance service quality & customer satisfaction. The COO drives operational excellence process optimization and digital transformation while ensuring alignment with the banks overall strategic objectives. The COO also oversees the general administration affairs including property management procurement and general administration support.
Mandatory requirements:
Experience with an international bank on Local & International Remittances Cash management
Main Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic and operational plans.
Manage branch operations cash handling check clearing card services and client file systems.
Oversee procurement property management office setup and maintenance.
Ensure service quality handle customer complaints and support branch staff.
Lead administrative functions including security vehicle management and office cleanliness.
Provide training coaching and support to operations teams.
Participate in strategic planning and budgeting.
Main Requirements:
MBA or equivalent.
10 years of experience (5 in management 5 in banking operations/admin).
Strong ethics communication and analytical skills.
Proficient in MS Office; fluent in English.
Willingness to travel and work under pressure.

Performance Bonuses: up to 3 months of salary
Provident fund: 3% to 5% of salary depending on seniority
