Job Summary
A well-established law firm in Sarasota FL is seeking an experienced Estate Planning Paralegal to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated legal professional who is passionate about estate planning and enjoys working in a collaborative client-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in all aspects of estate planning trust administration and probate matters.
- Draft and prepare legal documents including wills trusts powers of attorney and healthcare directives.
- Conduct legal research and prepare summaries on estate planning laws and regulations.
- Manage case files maintain client records and ensure compliance with deadlines.
- Coordinate with financial advisors accountants and other professionals as needed.
- Assist with estate and trust funding including asset transfers and beneficiary designations.
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and provide case updates.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Estate Planning Paralegal.
- Strong knowledge of estate planning probate and trust administration.
- Proficiency in legal document preparation and case management.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and client service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with estate planning software and legal research tools.
