Job Summary
As a Loan Servicing Specialist within the Loans group you will execute critical servicing tasks to support our financial operations. You will handle processes such as Cash Operations Loan Setup & Maintenance and Loan Account Management ensuring all activities meet established Service Level Agreements. This role offers valuable opportunities to develop your skills and make a significant impact on our teams performance.
Job Responsibilities
- Consistently meet established Quality and Quantity SLAs.
- Ensure full compliance with process-related policies guidelines and controls.
- Complete all servicing transactions within the SLA on the same day.
- Promptly follow up with upstream and downstream partners for missing notifications.
- Pay close attention to detail to ensure accurate processing of documents.
- Identify process changes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Accurately maintain loan records and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve servicing issues.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on loan servicing metrics as required.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
Required Qualifications Skills and Capabilities
- Hold a bachelors degree in Finance or a related field or possess equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrate 0 months of experience in the Financial Services industry with a record of delivery.
- Understand business financial statements cash flow capacity and loans across various industries.
- Exhibit strong research analytical and comprehension skills for analyzing large data sets.
- Manage clients effectively build partnerships and engage with multiple stakeholders.
