POSITION SUMMARY:
The Assembly B performs final touch cleanup of all boats and the installation of a specific part furniture or accessories during the rigging stage of the manufacturing process.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Develops the appropriate color and size parts to be installed in boats.
Creates pre-cut hose or trim to correct length to fit appropriate boat model.
Creates drill holes in appropriate location on deck into which screws or bolts will be inserted to secure various accessories and parts
Performs and trim pre-cut openings for better fit if necessary
Performs the Install assigned part and accessories using a variety of securing devices such as: screws bolts hold down brackets and hose clamps.
Cleans boats using various chemicals.
Applies decals.
Changes vacuum filters as needed.
ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITY:
Knowledge of multiple hand tools
Must have enough manual dexterity and stability as required for precision work.
Precision work and problem solving
Specific visual requirements: ability to distinguish basic colors and shades of color
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

- Light lifting under 20 lbs.
- Light carrying under 20 lbs.
- Moderate lifting 21-59 lbs.
- Moderate carrying 21 59 lbs.
