Job Summary
a team to drive execution of prioritized data initiatives in compliance with the Global Data Policy and BCBS239 requirements across FRM
and advise risk domains to identify and document data ownership data authorities and data quality controls for prioritised data
and implement procedures for implementation of Global Data Quality Policy in FRM
and present key metrics relating to data governance and data management in key governance forums
with other stakeholders in the firm on data quality/data management issues and provide inputs to improve the overall data governance framework in the firm
opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies and lead execution of these initiatives
junior team members provide supervisory oversight co-ordinate tasks of junior team members and escalate issues as necessary Experience Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance or a related discipline
2.15 years of work experience in the financial services industry preferably in risk management finance operation or equivalent experience
understanding of risk management concepts and financial products particularly with respect to commercial financial market data
and exposure to US EMEA and UK financial regulations including BCBS 239 and Basel III pertaining to risk data aggregation/reporting is preferred
ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders effectively and thoughtfully
organizational and project management skills
